I found a Milton Glover on Ontario marriages 23 Dec 1883 Walpole Twp no spouse name. Minnie glover b 1871 married Wm Molesworth in Kent 1893 and a Minnie Glover married Wm Nixon in York 1912. In 1880 census in Farmington, Whitman, Wash I found F.m. ellsworth b 1850 N.Y., E.M. b1858 Canada, Minnie b 1871, Cami b 1874, susie b 1879. In 1901 Buford, Ontario,Canada census Albert Glover b 1866, wife Elizabeth and two sons John Howard 11 and Howard 2. In 1911 Albert and Elizabeth have Flossie 9, Olive 5, and Alvin 3. In 1901 James Mabee, wife Kathleen children Livinia, Myrtle, Bessie, Albert, Emma, Ethel. In 1901 Agness mabee 59 lives in Oxford, Ingersoll with Ernest, elizabeth, Harriet and Henry. These are just to give you an idea of what I have found so far. In 1920 Florida there is a Minnie Ellsworth b 1868 Ontario with husband Charles b 1862 Michigan. Ugene Frederick glover born Sep 15, 1889 in Caradoc, Middlesex, Ontario Canada to John W Glover b 1858 in Simcoe and Minnie Saxton b 1872 married Jan 31, 1888. This individual is misidentified as born in Middlesex, England in the Ancestry histories but I found the birth registration. This is confusing. I found a Charles Ellsworth marrying a Minnie C. Brown Jan 26, 1887 both methodists. Here is John's marriage.John Wesley Glover Methodist 30 yrs born Cleveland USA resides in Simcoe, wd, father James Glover mother Harriet; Minnie Saxton Baptist, 20 yrs, born Caradoc,s, father George mother Olivia witness Geo Saxton and Ella Neelands, married by John Neelands; license Jan 31 1885. I'll keep looking the 1920 census shows Charles Ellsworth as born in 1862 and Minnie born in 1868. found Minnie on the AGBI born Jun 17, 1867 with a reference to the Chute family. So I went to Ancestry and found this George Saxton born 1836 Strathroy, father Alexander mother Elizabeth Saunders married Olivia Chute (born Jan 31 1844 in Caradoc died Oct 26, 1913) on june 19,1866, father Edward mother Mary Palmer, two children. Mnnie is buried in Cheney? Palmer Blander Glover father Glover mother Minnie Ellsworth. He married Mildred Ann Hobson born 22 aug 1907 in Sanilac michigan died 24 June 1926 in Melvin michigan. they had 4 children 2 girls 2 boys.viola b 1922 died 1926. George his son wrote letter saying Palmer was raised by his great grandparents by the name of Chute. His wife and two children died when George was 6. He also mentioned an Uncle Sexton of Detroit Michigan. there are three people who have Minnie in their tree: holt4050@bellsouth.net branchbybranch@aol.com jcourture@imaxx.net MKelly9392@aol.com has Palmer Glover is right. I got John Wesley Glover and Minnie Saxtons parents from their marriage license. The others were from family histories on Ancestry. Edward Chute's parents were Andrew Chute b 15 sep 1789 Granville Nova Scotia who married Olive Woodworth born 24 jul 1796 in Berwick N.S. on 17 feb 1814, Cornwallis, N.S. Olive parents were Eleazer Woodworth and Mary Chute born 24 dec 1770 in Granville Ontario. I found Palmer Glovers recruitment in Canada in 1918. He stated that he had 1 year previous military service in the USA. His mother was Mrs Charles Ellsworthat 325 E. 5th st, Jacksonville Florida. He was 5'7" medium complexion, blue eyes, and dark hair. There is a manifest at Port Huron, Mich for admission to USA for Palmer Glover 11 who had been living with Uncle Lemuel Chotte (Chute) in Strathroy Ontario. Typed next to his name is Disappeared.   	I found a card to Grandma from Eugene Glover post marked 12 May 1911, that was sent to her in Calif. and addressed: "Miss May Duncombe, Beaumont, Calif. The card was post marked in California, but from where it is hard to tell. The name is faded, but ends with SS, that usually means a steam ship. There is no message on the card, but it could be that he was on a ship coming to marry her and he was letting her know he was in California. It would appear from the way it was addressed, that grandma wasn't married at the time (1911). The card, and photo on the front, is from Chile. That would make sense if he came by ship around South America. If she married shortly after 12 May 1911, that would mean that there was time for Milton to be born in the early part of 1912. That would give her time to have Mom in June of 1913. It would seem that she married the latter part of May or first part of June 1911. That would allow for Milton's birth in April 1912.[Glenn Cook]
