Married:
- a news article read: "Prof. D. C. Meek was at Shelby Thursday
night in attendance at the wedding of Squire Alphonso B. Mabee
and Miss Mary S. Craiglow. The Rev. J. B. McClay officiated.
About 60 guests were present and a fine wedding supper was
served. Mrs. Mabee is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F.
Caiglow. The parents of the bride and their children who have
married were married on the seventh of March and each year they
celebrate their wedding anniversaries."
