dated 5/2/1832, John Mabey of the Town of Paterson, Essex Co.,
NJ, purchased a house and lot at the corner of Division and
Washington Streets from the estate of Daniel G. Ackerman,
deceased for $1,050. On 9/19/1836, (Essex County Deeds,
LiberR4, page 23) David Mabey and his wife Elisa of the City
and County of New York, NY, sold one half of this same lot to
Peter Lydecker for $530.
