Notes	Henry Harrison Downs was named after his great-uncle, Henry Harrison Burdge. Called "Harry" , he also has twins, niece Harriet, and nephew Harry who bears his name. Burial was in Highland Cemetery, east of Council Oak, between it and Portage Rd., next to mot her, Ellen osebach. Deeded from the South Bend Highland Cemetery Association to Clementine Do wns, 1221 W. Washington Ave, for lot number 429, in the Council Oak section, record 182, p. 3 06. The newspaper said his birth was Aug 8, 1888. Cemetery Sexton also confirms a "Leslie" buried with Ellen and Henry, but unknown if last name is Downs or Moseback. Date of 1918, but unknown if that is date of death or date of purchase of the plot. I have no other information on this individual. psg 8-25-2005
