I, James Stitt of the township of Charlotteville, after
revoking all former wills, do devise and bequeath as follows
after paying all my just debts and funeral expenses.
1st;. To Oswald Mabee, son of Ira Mabee the North East quarter
of lot No 10 in the sixth con, of Charlotteville, containing 50
acres of land more or less.
2nd;. To Oswald Mabee, the son of Ira Mabee, the East half of
one hundred acres being lot 10 in the seventh Con of
Charlotteville providing he pays the mortgage on the whole
hundred acres lot 10 Con Charlotteville
3rd;. To Thalma Evellyn Stitt, daughter of David M. Stitt
British Columbia the West fifty acres of lot No ten in the
seventh Con of Charlotteville.
4th;. All my personal property and effects to Mary Stitt widow
of Joseph Stitt S'r decessed
5th;. Ninety seven dollars more or less in Molson's Bank & Bank
of Commerce Simcoe to be left to Executors in trust to pay
debts and expenses.
I name as my executors George Pepper and William Walmsley.
