- Marshall of England. Summoned to parliament in the period of the 1st to the 3rd year of King Richard II. He died in 1379, having married the grand-daughter and co-heir of John Maltravers, Lord Maltravers, in whose right he bore that title, and by her (who married (2) Reginald Cobham, Lord Cobham,) had a son, John, Lord Maltravers, who succeeded his cousin as the 12º E. Arundel. Weir says drowned.
