      of Wyerton House, Kent. Entered Gray's Inn in 1563 or 1568 (Foster, Re.), was made Master of the Rolls in Ireland in 1593 and died at Cork early in 1613. He purchased Wierton House, Boughton, Kent from the Norton family. He inherited Bobbing Court, Kent from his 2nd wife «b»Mary Southwell«/b». Will dated 16 Nov 1612 - a transcript is in the Society of Genealogists. He states he is to be buried in St. Sepulchre church without Newgate near '«i»...my first wife and monument to be made over us...«/i»' To the poor of Leeds he left 20 marks to poor of the parish of Leeds in Kent. To poor of the parish of Boughton Monchelsey, Bobbing and Bridge in said co. £10. To his wife Dame Afra leases and goods she bought him, coach .... £200 also manor or principal mess? called Wyerton in Boughton Monchelseay aforesaid for life. Having lately sold his parsonage and rectory of West Wickham Bucks, said wife with advice of his cousin «b»Thomas Culpepper of Greeneways Court«/b», Co.
