He also was styled as «i»senator«/i», «i»glorissimus dux«/i», «i»judex dativus«/i», and «i»magister militum«u»«/i»[2][1]«/u». Together with his wife «u»Theodora «/u», he controlled the city of «u»Rome «/u» and the «u»Papacy «/u» in the early 10th century.
