Manfred married Prangarda, daughter of «u»Adalbert Atto of Canossa «/u». He was succeeded by his eldest son «u»Ulric Manfred «/u». His second son «u»Adalric «/u» became «u»bishop of Asti «/u» and he left another son named Odo with fiefdoms in Candia Canavese and Arneis del Roero.
