Raymond III«/b» (died 978) was the «u»Count of Toulouse «/u», «u»Nîmes «/u», and «u»Albi «/u». He was the son of «u»Raymond Pons «/u» and «u»Garsenda «/u», daughter of «u»García II of Gascony «/u».
In 950, on the death of his father, he inherited the titles of Toulouse, Nîmes, and Albi, as well as that of «u»Prince of Gothia «/u». He was young at the time of his succession and fell under the regency of his mother. His cousin «u»Raymond II of Rouergue «/u» became the head of the family and increased his branch's power over the Toulousain line. He had a younger son, Bertrand.
In 975, Raymond III ceded Albi to his son «u»Pons Raymond «/u» Just three years later he was assassinated, leaving his titles, save Albi, to his eldest son «u»William III «/u». His wife had been «u»Adelaide «/u», daughter of «u»Fulk II of Anjou «/u». «u»Raymond III «/u» and «u»Adelaide «/u» had the following children:
