Anne married Ambrose Dudley, 3rd Earl Warwick before 4 Mar 1545. Ambrose (son of John Dudley, 1st Duke Northumberland and Jane Guildford, Dutchess Northumberland) was born about 1528; died on 21 Feb 1589 in Bedford House, Strand, London; was buried on 9 Apr 1590 in Lady Chapel, Warwick Collegiate Church.
